Cilantro-Lime Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted or plain diced tomatoes, well drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt (kosher or sea salt)
- 1 to 2 fresh jalapeno or serrano chiles, seeded, finely chopped
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips as desired.
- Make the salsa up to 24 hours ahead of time and store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
