Original Hummus

Ingredients in Fantastic World Foods Hummus mix

• Garbanzo bean flour

• Sesame

• Tahini

• Dried garlic

• Salt

• Extra virgin olive oil

• Spices, (cumin, chili pepper, white pepper)

• Sea salt

• Lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids, natural flavor)

• Citric acid

• Expeller-pressed toasted sesame oil

• Lemon oil

• Rosemary extract

Directions:

• Place 1 c. Fantastic World Foods Hummus mix in a bowl.

• Add 1 ½ c. warm water and 3 T. olive oil.

• Stir until evenly blended with a whisk or fork.

• Chill for 5 minutes and serve.
