We work hard to find the best prices for products in the market. We negotiate daily to get the lowest prices from our vendors and pass these savings along to our customers. To give our customers even more savings, we have a super easy to use loyalty program that doesn’t require carrying a card or tracking points to earn rewards. Double points are awarded on purchases the last day of the month, helping earn rewards faster. The 10% senior discount days are very popular, giving people at least 65 years of age extra savings.
The GreenAcres Rewards® program structure is simple:

Once you have joined GreenAcres Rewards®, use your card every time you shop to earn points.
Accumulate one point for each dollar you spend on all qualifying purchases including sale and discounted items. Point totals are available at GreenAcres Market and will be shown on your cash register receipt each time you are visiting GreenAcres Market.
As a GreenAcres Rewards® Member you will earn one point for each dollar spent on Qualifying Purchases. When you reach 200 points, you will become eligible for your purchase credit* available at your participating GreenAcres Market location. Reward points may only be used to purchase products in the store. *Please see store for specific purchase credit amount.
Receiving Your Membership ID Card
You can join the GreenAcres Rewards® by enrolling at your local GreenAcres Market store and you may begin using your card immediately. Once you have joined GreenAcres Rewards®, use your card every time you shop to accumulate points.
If you lose your card, please contact Rewards Member Care to obtain a replacement card: 316-634-1088 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Earning Points and Rewards
“Qualifying Purchases” are purchases made at participating GreenAcres Market locations (net of returns and credits) when presenting a GreenAcres Rewards® card, excluding bottle deposits and/or returns, sales tax, gift card purchases, purchases made without presenting a GreenAcres Rewards® card, and other excluded purchases, as determined by GreenAcres Market in its sole discretion.
Points are accumulated based on total dollars spent on Qualifying Purchases including sales and discounts and excludes bottle deposits and/or returns, sales tax, gift card purchases, purchases made without presenting a GreenAcres Rewards® card and other excluded purchases, as determined by GreenAcres Market in its sole discretion. Rewards Members will NOT receive points for purchases that are made without presenting their GreenAcres Rewards® card.
If a Rewards Member returns a Qualifying Purchase, said MEMBER’s point status will be adjusted to reflect the return (a deduction of points may occur).

All modifications to the GreenAcres Rewards® program shall be posted at http://www.greenacres.com/ and shall become effective when posted.
- A MEMBER’s continued use of his/her GreenAcres Rewards® card, after a change has been posted and gone into effect, constitutes acceptance of any changes to the GreenAcres Rewards® program.
- GreenAcres Market reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a MEMBER’s membership in the GreenAcres Rewards® program for any reason, with or without notice.
- A MEMBER may cancel his/her membership at anytime by opting out of email communications from email@example.com.

GreenAcres Market, its affiliates and suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the GreenAcres Rewards® card or each MEMBER’S account, including, but not limited to ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. IN THE EVENT THAT GREENACRES MARKET, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOU SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES. GREENACRES MARKET, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE AND USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH GREENACRES MARKET’S REWARD PROGRAM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREENACRES MARKET, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF GREENACRES MARKET REWARDS CARD ACCOUNT THROUGH ACCIDENT, MISUSE, OR FRAUDULENT MEANS OR DEVICES BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY DELAY, MISTAKE RESULTING FROM ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND GREENACRES MARKET’S CONTROL. ANY LIABILITY GREENACRES MARKET MAY HAVE TO A MEMBER SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.00 (US DOLLARS). The laws of certain states or other jurisdiction do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have rights in addition to those contained in these Terms and Conditions. In such jurisdiction, GreenAcres Market’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the card to receive special pricing?
The GreenAcres Rewards® card is not a discount card. We will send you special coupons to use in the store on future purchases, but the card is not necessary to receive sale prices.
What if I lose my card?
If you lose your card, you will need to contact GreenAcres Rewards® member care: 1.316.634.1088 to get a new card. It may take a few days, so in the meantime please ask the cashier to look you up manually so you can continue accumulating points.
Can I get an extra GreenAcres Rewards® card for another member of my family?
At this time we provide one key tag and one wallet card for GreenAcres Rewards® members for convenient scanning every time you shop. We do not provide more than two cards per account.
What if my spouse and I both join the GreenAcres Rewards® program and now have two different cards, but we want to be on the same account?
