Everything served in the Deli are made using the highest quality ingredients possible for a healthy lifestyle. Only the best organic ingredients and clean proteins are used in our dishes. We use Wagyu beef, wild-caught salmon, and free-range chicken and never use hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, or high fructose sugar. All the tempting baked goods we offer are gluten-free and made from scratch without refined sugar.
“The prepared foods we serve in our Deli are as high quality as the food on our shelves. We’re careful to walk our talk and won’t serve food we wouldn’t eat ourselves,” says owner Barb Hoffmann. “Sure, it costs more to do it this way, but it’s the only way we can do it. We can’t promote health and serve people, something that isn’t good for them.”
Our lunch and dinner menus are made from scratch daily with all-organic produce and dairy, free-range chicken, grass-fed beef and sustainable wild caught fish. In addition, we have:
